La Sarraz, Switzerland

This 39” diameter round artwork, framed in walnut, was commissioned for a private residence in Switzerland. Inspired by a previous design but with an emphasis on movement, the piece was crafted using individually selected Cay Cay shells to create depth and fluidity.The custom frame, built by my trusted woodworker, Elie, features a 1/4” thin face and a 2” overall depth, giving it a sleek yet distinctive presence. Shipped overseas in a padded box, the artwork arrived safely, with the client sharing, “It has arrived safely at my house and is so much prettier in real life than in pictures. I am absolutely delighted.”
