-Any original artwork featured on this website is typically ready to ship when you order it.
-All prints are made to order, meaning I order each print specifically for you and usually ship within 14 business days.
-There is no specific timeline for commissioned artwork because I hand-make each piece. Depending on the project's specifics, shipping the artwork can take 4 to 8 weeks. In some cases, we can rush a project for an additional charge.

Shipping
All artwork is packaged with extreme care and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is always provided via email.
We ship to most international locations. International customers will be responsible for paying duty, import tax, and any additional charges required by customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please make sure you love the artwork before purchasing.
ALL ART SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges of Art are not available.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged artwork and a short message to hello@katarinatifft.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. In this case, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
